What are the valve clearances for a 1982 Yamaha Maxim XJ750J?

Rebel wants to come along for a weekend road trip but her valves have never been checked and I'm afraid something will defiantly break if she does more than 3 minutes across town on it.

    0.11 - 0.15mm intake
    0.16 - 0.20mm exhaust

You really should get a service manual if you're going to do this.

I've done valve adjustments before on my XJ700 and a friend's XJ650. I've gotten to the point where I can do it in about 30 minutes. I just wasn't sure of the clearances.

They're the same as my 700 so I'm guessing that the shim adjustments are the same as well. Correct?
