I have took and clean both carbs and replaced jets/fuel stop and drill caps off fuel mixture screws. I need to know what the floats need to be set at and what the fuel mixture screws need to be at. They were 3 turns out. Also what the gap of the butterflies need to be. But the spark plugs keep fouling out and are black. It will not idle right. You pull chock out at cold start and it will start. After it runs high idle for a few minites, I push chock in and it slows down to a good idle. But when you rev it up, it is slow about coming back down. And then it wants to cut off. Adjust idle screw and then it wants to run high idle the next time you rev it up. No happy middle.

    Need help!!!
