Ok so this thing just won't start and I can't find any diagrams for the 82 xj1100 ic ignitor... its a 6 pin 4 pin ignitor. The electrical is a frustrating nightmare. Gettting spark on all 4 and its just not working...dont know what to do at this point...

If you're getting spark, then the ignitor box would appear to not be the problem. Ditto for the coils, since they're downstream from the TCI.

I know you've had the carbs apart -- have you run the engine since you've put them back together?

Have not had it running since the carbs have been rebuilt : / barely ran before that tho...fuel would pour out the side.

After rebuilding my carbs I had a similar problem. Wouldn't run. Checked for fuel in all four bowls. Only had fuel in two of them. Needles were not working properly.

Did some more cleaning / fine-grit sanding and got it worked out.

Keep it simple, check for easy things first, especially if you are getting spark.

If your getting spark then the ignition is working. You have fuel issues. Did you prime the carbs after re-installing them by turning the petcock to the prime position? The carbs will take a long time to fill it you don't. Verify there is fuel in the carb bowls by opening a carb drain screw. Then try again to start it.
