image.jpg image.jpg Hi guys, I have a set of "like new" manifolds with nipple caps I got from XJ4ever for my '82 xj650j. I now have a 1980 Xj650G and I can't use these because the orientation is different. They are in great condition, no cracks, still very pliable! I paid $100 for them plus the nipples and clamps. Need them sold so I can buy new parts.

    50 bucks plus shipping!!

Did you know that you can still use the two right side (cylinder 3 & 4) manifolds, as they are the same for both the YICS and non-YICS heads............it's only the two left side manifolds (#1 and 2) that need to be replaced...........

Thanks Len! I already went and ordered a new set of manifolds for the Non-YICS engine which you shipped extremely fast and accurately. But now I need more XJ4Ever cash for shims, cables, etc. :)

Len? A member said I should contact you re possible parts for my 81 xj550. Or anyone else reading this for that matter. I had a top end rebuild gasket set on order for 3 weeks only to be told (after several phone calls) that the supplier estimated 90 more days!?!? what a crock, we'll see if I get my 150 bucks back! Anyway I am ready to dump the bike or put it back together. Do you, or anyone out there, know where to buy (with out sending money to Greece or the UK) a complete gasket set? The head top and base, valve cover, oil o rings, yics o rings, and so forth???
    thanks, JT

Scroll to the top of the page.....see the xj4ever logo at the top right corner? Click on it. You can have your parts on the way in a few minutes. Or, contact Len Chacal ( owner of xj4ever) directly at info@xj4ever.com , and have your parts in the mail right away.

Don't give up the bike....you'll kick yourself if you do.

Naaah........you just keep going. As the record title goes--''Let it Bleed"

I learned a long time ago, don't count the $. It's STILL gonna cost less than a new bike.....(I have 8 registered, 4 regularly ridden, but 30+ in my stable.... And I STILL haven't paid out what a brand new bike would cost......

Is there treatment for that? Sounds like my brother w/ junk, I mean "vintage" arctic cats snowmobiles. He even tricked me into buying a couple this year. Sure was fun freezing my fingers off trying to get the old cats going this year. Maybe by next winter I will have them going and they will carry me thru the winter wonder land back to the 70s. Thanks for the encouragement though, I will hook up w/Len after I get back from a couple month job out of state and do what I need to do to turn those wheels again. She's still got my collage parking sticker on the handle bars from 1983. How cool is that? I know, not too..........

the treatment is to buy another bike to work on, that keeps you from buying another bike to work on.... for a while

tell your brother we do a vintage snowmobile show and race up here every year.
