For Sale 1982 XJ650 TURBO

Hello, I have a 650 Turbo that I need to sell. I bought it as a project bike, but got bogged down in the rebuild taking care of my elderly parents. Bike is in decent condition, but has not been looked at for about 3 years.
I had it running, but it would not rev up. Found out the turbo was seized up. I disassembled everything, had the turbo rebuilt and upgraded for $645, and then never had the time or energy to progress any further.
Front calipers have been rebuilt, and the bike was pretty much disassembled and cleaned when I bought it.
My dilema now is that both of my parents have died this year, the house is being sold and I am moving back out of the country.
I am not looking to make money on the bike, only give it a home where someone will finish the project. All bodywork is off the bike right now.
The bike is in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area of Florida. 2 hours North of Miami and Fort Lauderdale, and 2 hours South of Tampa/St. Petes.
I'd like to get $1,200 for the bike
I had pictures with all of the body panels on, but can' t find them now. I am trying to charge an old phone to see if they are on there. If I fid them I will add them.
As I remember all body panels were in good shape, only some tabs broken
