    It's probably nothing, but the serial number on there is incorrect, they started at 000101. Unless this is a super secret speedy prototype. Or, you know, just a typo.

    I've already sent an email to him to verify that number. yOu're correct----it's missing a digit.....I assume it should be 138, but am waiting to hear back, then I c an check the registry.

    That's what I'm assuming, til I here back from him. I'm currently in contact with him now.

    But yeah..... That would put it at 38.

    Due to the same government imposed tariffs that limited your bike to 700cc, numbers of 900s were limited in USA. This makes them pretty rare, and hogfiddles wants to have a list so he can track down each and every one!

    I found one on Cragslist, Jacksonville, a couple of years ago, showed the listing on this forum, and Chacal told me to drop the phone and buy it immediately. However, by the time it took to contact the seller it was gone. Guess I now know why.

    Because there's only about 1000-1500 that came to the USA in the very few months that they were available here. So, just an attempt to document as many of the remaining ones as possible.

    Len started the registry, I took it over and expanded it when I got mine. It's just a fascination to see if there's any with a serial lower than mine which is unit #17.
