Was lucky enough to buy this bike for $400 in pretty good shape. Is mostly complete including factory security chain and pouch!!. I bought it originally to do a café racer style bike, but now am thinking it's in too good of shape to bastardize. Any thoughts on keeping it original or should I just go for it???? 550 seca.jpg

Cut that bike up and I will find you...... ;)

Put clubsman bars on it and it'll get you the look without ruining the originality.

I will find you too, and i'm closer! :D

I'm a huge fan of the Seca 550 and will be my next project once my Maxim is done. I've been keeping and eye out here for a complete one and haven't seen one yet. Please don't cut that up. Buy a different one if you want to do that.

Nice fin and great price! Looking forward to the progress!

image.jpeg Thanks for the info!! I literally found this bike in a shed with years of dust and bird crap on it. Took a solid week of scrubbing to see it was really in decent shape, two oil changes, plugs, air filter, fresh gas and new battery and it fired right up and runs like a watch!! Looking forward to fixing the few things it does need.

I'm curious where you guys are finding these barns that appear to be climate controlled and hermetically sealed.

    Good find!

It's just a jump to the left!

No, but seriously, it would be a Damn shame to cut up one that is in that kind of shape.
