2015 V-Star 1300 Tourer

    A long-standing, local dealer just went out of business and had a liquidation auction. I love a good auction and needed a sanity day from the office, so I went. They had a few used bikes and I hadn't planned to buy anything, but a 2015 V-Star 1300 Tourer with 3700 miles was getting very little interest and I couldn't not bid. I ended up getting the bike for $4k. It was the dealer's rental, assembled in March 2017 and came with all the maintenance records. I'd been keeping an eye out for something different enough from my 650 Seca and this fit the bill.

    After everything I've learned about my XJ from this forum, I don't know that I can get myself to pay a dealer for routine maintenance, so I thought I'd ask this group to share any online forums that might apply.
