I have a similar problem with my 700.Sometimes starts good.Other times 2 cylinders don't fire up..not sure again which ones again, but the leads come off the coil on the right side.If I pull the wire off plugs and hold it there and then rev motor..it starts to fire and then I pop caps back on.Don't know why it does this.Your problem sounds similar in a way as mine.Cleaned carbs really good last summer and still did this every once in a while last summer.
