Can't seem to find a block suitable to fit the relay shape wise and also it's a 9pin nowhere on the net sells them, anyone know we're you can get one along with female crimps.

if you are changing the pins, its best to get some propper crimping pliers for the job, they are the ones with the "W" shaped jaws, for non insulated pins

Back to square one again with this starter relay. Got the omron connector and crimps, crimped it all up correctly. But it won't turn over now light's are on and everything else works. So ran a piece of wire from the starter relay to the blue and white side to the positive terminal on battery it turns over but trying the same from the red and white to the positive side I get nothing. With the test light it lights up down to the relay on the nut but the red and white coming from it to the pig tail doesn't light up shouldn't it if power is supplied. It was doing this b4 I sorted the wiring out to the relay though and I hoped it was a break down in the cooper wire that was causing it as you mentioned previously but it doesnt seem to be the case I've even put a new fully charged battery on it and totally replaced the red and white that runs from the relay into the pig tail on the starter relay. Pressing the starter button now the light just flickers and doesn't turn over, so i tried testing the starter relay as suggested in the book by disconnecting the starter motor cable and pressing the starter button no clicking whatsoever.

ok, so the red/white wire is the supply from the ignition fuse, directly to the "incoming" side of the starter relay.
do you have 12v at the red / white wire at the starter relay?

sorry for the delays in replying, i am away allot this time of year.
