550 & 650 Maxim tires and wheels interchangeable?

    I'm going to look at a bunch of '82 550 Maxim parts that a guy has for sale, mostly because there's a pretty new front tire still mounted included. I've got a bad front tire on the '81 650 Maxim I'm rebuilding. They look pretty identical but I thought I'd check to make sure. If I can just swap the tire and wheel it would sure be easy.

    There's a rear tire and wheel, too, but that's got a nail it. (No need to start a debate in this thread about whether or not to repair cycles tire, however.)

    Front rim - same

    Rear tires - same
    Rear rims - NOT the same 650 is shaft-drive, 550 is chain-drive
