I was wondering if anybody has ordered the 6 sigima kit? I'm wondering what all comes with it, jets? jet needles? Anything else? Would I be better off just changing my jets? It's cheaper that way

First; please establish why you need/want new jets.

I have the stock jets on my bike, I have a 4 into 1 header that's straight open besides a washer in the 2 1/4 in pipe for back pressure and I have pod air filters, I think I should change some out, what does anyone else think?

what do your plugs look like?
are you having flat spots in the throttle response?
6 sig kits come with drill bits ,once you drill your carbs you can not undrill them.
also they do not use stock numbers on the jets to keep you from telling your friends.
each kit is different based on what mods you have done

go to info overload do the calculations yourself

As Xj550H mentioned, you really need to inform us what the bike is running like, where your slumps are, and so forth. I personally believe theirs more than just jetting carbs to get pods to run, you're not just changing how much air you're getting you're altering the way its delivered. Maybe try going here and seeing if this can help give you a better starting point. With the exhaust, you may experience different results, but it could possibly be a better base.

6 sig IDs the parts with their own part numbers so you can not tell your friends what jets to use

I believe @BaldWonder has this kit. I've ridden his bike and was impressed with how it runs with pods and custom exhaust. I have the exact same bike but bone stock so I can compare. Hopefully he can weigh in.

That will vary depending on what info you give them about the machine; stock or aftermarket exhaust, air box with paper element, airbox with foam element. pods, etc.

This is what was included in my 6 sigma kit for my 82 Seca xj750 with pods and stock exhaust. Can't tell you how they work yet because I'm still in the process of going through everything, cleaning and painting.

@jayrodoh is right: I have one of the 6sigma kits on my bike. I'll give the same disclaimer I've given before - it seems to be working well for me, but I haven't done a colortune or anything fancy like that to know for sure. My plugs appear fine when I do hot pulls. My default advice is to lean against doing airpods, etc. in general, because if anything goes wrong then you're on your own. Knock on wood, only issue I've had so far is laying my bike down, but that's a different story.

That said, when you order a 6sigma kit, they ask you many questions; what's the year/make/model; what is your intake like; what is your exhaust like; how do you ride; what's the elevation where you ride most? They will not send you anything until you answer these questions in full. When I got my kit, I was given a lengthy installation instruction packet, like 6-7 pages front and back. I got jets, washers and shims for the float needle, a drill bit, possibly some springs, and I think that was it (it's been a few years). Yes, I said drill bit. Part of the installation was that I had to permanently modify the slide valves by widening one or two of the holes. I also used a bigger drill bit to de-burr the newly widened holes. It was my first time working with a carburetor ever, let alone four of them, let alone modifying them. Thankfully my father-in-law is used to working on Mikuni carbs from snowmobiles, and was around to help me figure it all out.

I'm just going to do it myself, my bike pops when I am decelerating from a high tea, I bought a kit, it has 8 washers, four 43 slowjets, four 125, four 130, four 135, four 140 and four 145 jets. Where do I find info overload? I want to see what I should go with

I've used the 6 Sigma kits on two bikes while adapting them to life in Colorado, and they were a huge improvement in both cases.
