    I need a set of carbs to fit an 83 xj 650 maxim even if there not for an xj an they fit any one got any in need urgently

    I have a set from a 1980 xj650, currently apart for cleaning. I could get them cleaned and assembled this weekend. Let me know if you are interested or want pictures

    Fwiw, the '80 was non-yics, and the '83 is YICS. There are some differences in the carbs, like mixture screw threads, for example.----

    Honestly I dont remember the jets that these carbs have in them, they came with the bike, but ill have to look.
    They were going to be a rebuild project for my bike, but the ones I have on there are running well so I think its time to move the extra ones along.

    Air jets 195, 55, and 36 for the horizontal ones
    Fuel jets 107 and 45

    Looks like a man might need to put his own jets in.
