    Have the chance to get a 1970 yamaha cs3 200cc motor runs. needs wiring harness and seat is it worth $400.Owner just started pulling it down to make a cafe bike has all parts except seat someone offered him good money for it when he finished molding the fiberglass one. I might try offering him $300 for it see if he takes it

    I'd pay $400 for it, assuming the motor has good compression. I'd expect to replace all the rubber and rebuild brakes, new chain, etc. If you're not looking to flip it, it's would be a great one for the fleet.
