    Yes, please provide more details.
    Did the bike run before?
    Is this the bike you just bought for $400?
    Did you do the minimal wiring on it?
    Is the pop from the exhaust?
    Starter is cranking?
    Valve clearances checked lately?
    Etc. etc.

    Start buy reading this, the whole thing, it is a lot of information but it will help you to help yourself as well as understand the barrage of questions that need to be answered to successfully get your bike running.
