81 xj650 front master replacement

    Anybody out there know of a front master that will work with a 81 xj650 and flat handlebars? I'm guessing any 7/8 size with a metric fitting. anyone do this before?

    You can use one from an XJ650R (Seca) or an XJ700. The size of the internal components matters; too small a capacity and it won't have any braking force.
