You had to go and look . I have to be carefull with speedos the bikes I have older than 1976-77 are miles and newer are in kilometres ... But officer I forgot this old bike is mph. Same goes with my wife's car was a U.S. model and if I forget to switch to kph I'm in trouble( very fast car C6 vette)

Was that just a faceplate swap or whole unit? Or a Canadian speedo with both.

Get a new front cover. It is POSSIBLE to replace just the lenses, but first you'd have to find them... And be extremely careful, otherwise you'll damage the cover and/or the new lenses .... And wind up buying a new cover anyway.

I'm almost ready to repair the shock mount ends, then I can attach the shocks. It'll be nice to see it actually articulating correctly again.......(for those who didn't know, a PO had broken the ends of the upper shock mounts off almost flush to the bottom of the threads, and in order to keep the shocks on, had welded the top rings of the shocks to the shock mounts. Needless to say, that rendered the shocks to nearly ineffective because they couldn't pivot.)

Then, I'll clean the tank and paint it a basic grey for a starting point......the ugliest thing is the rubber-sheet seat cover. I do have to finish the connections in the headlight bucket. Then I should be pretty close to trying to fire it up.

Dammit! All of your gages look better than the gigantic "Atari" unit. What the hell were the designers thinking? My Seca has sooooooo many square bits that need to be round! Headlight, turn signals, gages... sigh. So much to do, so little ca$h.
Oh, yeah, the OP's Seca is sold!

Wow, Dave. That sounds like a Previous Owner Masterpiece nominee! Is the rubber seat cover for scary moments when driving? Kinda like Depends for the bike?

I hadn't taken a pic of it though.....PO claimed he rode it a lot, and just recently prior to my purchasing it---- yeeeeeaaaaahhh, rriiiiiigght.....

Carbs gummed up, every jet solidly clogged, two slides stuck down, tires flat, tank w/ hole in it, shocks welded to studs....sheesh.

But, though rough.... There was a diamond in there. I'm getting close.
