82 CB650 fork problems

    Hey everyone, My friend is trying to pry apart his CB forks at the moment and with everything unscrewed he can still not get the "little tube" out of the "big tube" to replace the oil seal. The clymbers manual says just pull but I cant imagine pulling any harder. are we missing something? thanks
