82 maxim 750r aftermarket handlebars?

    Do they make an aftermarket part so I can put regular handlebars on it? Can I buy a 82 maxim 750 triple clamp and put it on my 750r? These handlebars are pretty ugly and not sure how to mount some aftermarket bars.

    Thank you guys a lot for this, I was scratching my head and even looking for a new yoke and triple tree for a little bit... yet all I really need are some handlebar risers... I guess I'm just learning!
