I cleaned carbs and never had fuel in it after that about 2 years ago. fueled up last night and bike started immediately HOWEVER, fuel rail o-rings dried and leaking at all joints. Want to replace, would like viton but std ok. Where do I get these? My fuel tubes look to be plated steel not rubber coated like I have read about. also want to repalce card to airbox rubber boots. Thanks

There were three models of Maxim in the US for ‘82. 550, 650, and 750.

Please add the year, model, and engine size to your signature so we can give correct advice.

Xj4ever has replacement actually the stock are "D" rings. I rebuilt a set of carbs with Buna "O" rings and used two rings #11 on each side on the butterfly seals worked okay .

    Nope—
xj750 maxim is an in-line four, takes the same fuel rail o-rings as the Xj650.

The xj650/750 use the same hitachi carb rack, but different jets.

    Xj550 uses a mikuni rack

    The xS750 Special is a a triple.
