82 xj solo seat???

    "They" as in Yamaha? Not really (see below.) Aftermarket? Doubtful. The Seca was considered a "sportbike."

    That being said, the XJ750P (as in Police) had a nice, solo-ish seat; and it was based on what we call the Seca. Search the forums, we have a couple of Aus/NZ members with 750P's and there are pictures posted.

    Good luck finding one especially in the States.
