Hello all this is my first post on here and I am currently working on my first bike so i'm sure i'll have a few more in the future so I hope you guys don't mind a newby trying to learn right. I am currently working on my 1982 xj650 maxim and the front tire has some dry rot on it so I am wanting to replace it the info I have says my tire sizes are Front: 3.25-H19 Rear:130/90-H16 and I just wanted to be sure that the tires i'm looking at will work as they are newer and this is an older bike. I am looking at 100/90-H19 for the front and 130/90-H16 for the back which was easy enough. I'm more concerned about the front as I had to change the units and just kind of guessed what I thought would be best. The exact ones i'm looking at are Dunlap D404 metric cruisers.

I second Stumplifter on the size, I am running those as well. As far as the Dunlap D404, I have not personally run them but there are a lot of good reviews on this site from members running them so you should be good with that choice.
