82, xj650 shim kit?

    Shims for what, valves? Why buy an entire shim kit when you may only need one or two shims?

    Obviously, the choice is yours, but if you go around and measure each valve clearance and then pull each shim and record it's value...you'll have a record for future reference, plus you can then order only the shims you need and perhaps a shim you pull from one bucket will be reused in another....ultimately saving you both time and money.

    All you have to do is get a kit of 29mm shims..... They're all over the place. If you can't find a "compatible kit", you're not looking.

    A kit will cost you a fair bit--, but if you simply take your measurements, then swap what can and buy the few remaining ones, it'll cost very little.

    But, since you want a kit, Dennis Kirk, yamaha dealer, eBay, xj4ever, bikebandit........ And more, just contact them.
