the needles on both my tach and speedo broke off. Both still work fine, but is there any way to remove the face of the gauge and replace the needles. they are the original gauges that came w/ the bike.

The needles can be glued back into place.

Pay attention to the posts by Fitz, and by Rick (particurlarly Rick's)

My needles were broken into many tiny pieces, so fashioned replacement needles out of 22 gauge single-strand wire with red insulation. I epoxied them to the needle hub, and clipped them to length. They worked very well until I managed to get a set of replacement gauges.

Removing the needles can alter the accuracy of the instruments, so be very careful if you go that route. There is no need to remove the gauge face, just open the housing.
