Picked up this Hell Fire Windshield from Harber's Cycle on ebay for $130.00. It came with all the hardware including the square bar adapters. Took about an hour to install. I have not ridden with it yet but it seems to be a sturdy install with no squeaking or impingement on any part of the bike. I am 5Ft 5in and the top of the shield comes just too just about eye level. With my half helmet and eye shield I feel I will be completely covered.

That looks nice. Having a windshield really makes a difference, I bough a open box spitfire last year and now I have one on all my bikes. I found having the shield within 10 degrees of vertical works best for me.

At that height you should not have much (if any) helmet buffeting. Enjoy the ride.

Consider getting yourself a full-face helmet though.
Notice where the highest percentage of head first-impacts fall.

If you think ankles are expensive to fix, price out a jaw.
