83 XJ 550 13k orig miles. 800 OBO w/ Prts Bike

So I've been working on this 83 Seca for a while but will be moving soon and I'm trying to pare down on my projects.

Still needs some TLC but is easily ride-able and has current Reg and Pink in my name. Starts up fine and warms up fast.

Work that has been done:
Valve check + new shims
Carbs cleaned and synced
Air box cleaned up and replaced missing small filter
New fork seals and progressive springs
put on stock exhaust (needs work)
New handle bars (NOS chrome bars)
New battery.

Work that needs to be done:
Cosmetics (paint chips, bit of unsightly rust on the frame welds etc.)
Clutch (have yet to completely diagnose but after about 45 mins of riding, once the bike has warmed up, the shifting in low gears in stop and go becomes "sticky". It shifts, but becomes finicky and frustrating. Seems to go smoothly from 3rd on up and back down just fine.

Tires have plenty of tread.

I have an 82 parts bike for it too that is included in the price but not required for you to take.
