    my exhaust was in much better shape
    I hated the chrome, so I sanded it all and used High Heat Black paint
    looks great now

    My header pipes were rusty, almost as bad as yours. I had them ceramic coated and they turned out nice. They were sand blasted before coating and whatever else they do. You could see some of the pitting from the rust after the coating was done, but it was not that bad. You had to get really close to the bike to see it.
