Anyone install hard bags on their XJ900?

    I M looking to install some hard bags on my 83 XJ900 and looking for some bracket designs can any one help with a photo or 2 . Already have a nice set of bags.

    each to their own :) I like the throwover soft bags because:

    On arrival I just throw them in the room

    They don't bust into a million pieces if you come off

    and, they expand if you over-pack! just my 2 cents

    I saw a pair of Honda Silver Wing bags mounted to a TURBO once -

    They come off in 3 seconds with a lock and what looks like a seatbelt buckle.

    I have 2 different sets of soft bags now nether set has fasteners that keep the bag from flapping the have fasteners front and rear but they need something on the bottom to secure them. I almost got a pair of the saddlemen XL sport panniers but the reviews are not that great. The say fasteners are real cheap. I have a new set of GA hard bags. Dose anyone know if they ever maid a luggage rack for the XJ900.
