I really like the look of this bike. It's air cooled and looks like a normal bike. Why don't they sell them here, makes me sad.

as far east as you can get in michigan 43.027407,
they are not available in the this hemisphere...

IF you have deep pockets, you can get one imported from europe but you would have to have it inspected to make sure it met all EPA requirements...

they arent sold here because the US culture/crowd/societal shift has been to either A) young crotch rocket riders or B) middle age to older v-twin riders...

the whole mentality differences between europeans and us is very great...

ive got a source on the continent IF i can find the money to A) buy and B) pay for importation and inspection...

Does the XJR share a frame with anything they sell here in the states?

Was thinking I'd make a friend dismantle one, send it over and I would reassemble it on the frame, with a title. My own yamaha "insert street legal US yam with shared frame here"

I got dual citizenship Italian/Canadian. Wonder if that would help me out if I wanted to bring one here. Here in Quebec any vehicule that has not been plated in over a year has to go to inspection DOT and also any vehicule purchased out of province.
