My back brake is starting to stick when I press hard on it and it takes a second to come back. Does this mean my brakes are going????

This system works on a cam system. If the brakes are thin enough to get toward the end of the cam then they can stick. Check over you linkages first though. Mine did the same thing but was hanging up on the muffler. Is all is well with the linkages the check out the brake shoes. If thin then replace. These can be found fairly cheaply but remember you get what you pay for. Search brake shoes here and find a good manufacturer. I got mine for 28.00 Cant remember what brand though. These same brakes were used on quite a number of bikes and should be had at pretty much any reputable chop.

Not necessarily. It could be a buildup of brake dust and crud in the drum. A place to start would be a can of brake cleaner with the back wheel off.

There is also a small spring attached to your rear brake lever that ensures the lever returns to the "home" position. It may be bent or damaged causing the lever to not return properly. This is an easy check and I would check this first before taking the back wheel off (although you should probably know the condition of your brakes.)

    Good luck.
