back fire

    My xj 650 started to back fire to day when i have it at idel. any suggestions of whats causing it? i do ride the bike every day.

    that meens that i should turn the mix screw on the carbs a bit to the right?

    depends what your plugs look like. but ya turn them up abit

    plug on the 1&4 are black but not oily
