My 650 special II is back firing out of the right cylinder while driving between 20 and 45. But only wih a constant throttle. Should I back the air mixture screws out or go in with them? The screw right now is 4 turns out.

Might not be related to Mixture at 4 Turns OUT.

If anything ... that would be a tad Rich.

Measure your Intake Valve Clearances and do a Compression Test.

You might have a Tight Valve or a Burned Valve.
    Hope for tight!
