Hi All,Simon in Hull UK.After over 30 years on 4 wheels ive rejoined the biking fraternity. The bike is a1992 xj900 in blue and white.last bike was a1982 silver xj650 brand new.having had a shaftie before, going back to the stone age didnt appeal so my head and my heart said an xj. Selling l radio control planes provided finance, and i found just what i wanted locally before it was turned into a trike.ive had 2 months riding before xmas the bad weather giving me chance to work on the bike .im tidying it up replacing the usual stuff but am not going for showroom condition as i want to keep its history and used look.ive put this on so as not to be anonymous, ill get round to the clever avatar and snappy quote stuff when im sorted.
Big Grin? yeah youve guessed it ... everytime i get off the bike, when im on it, when i get my cycle out of the garage to go to work on , that big stupid grin.

Welcome, Simon. Glad to hear you've rescued an XJ from the trike monsters. (seems to be a lot of them in the UK! lol) Do show us some pics as soon as you can.
