I was riding to work a month ago, and the bike randomly turned off at a stop light. Turned back on. Made the final turn to work and it just turned off and wouldn't turn back on.

Put a new battery in a month ago, rebuilt the starter. It worked great until now.

I put a screwdriver to the solenoid and it turns the engine over but doesn't start it. It doesn't show the neutral light, or turn on any of the power. Tried bumpstarting to no avail.

There's no power, but it's a fully charged new battery.

Tell me XJ wizards what should I do?

Fuse box check out and replace with new blade style fuse holder. All the power goes through there and that would be a great place to start.

Should be under the seat on a 650 or 750. 1100's have the fuse box under the RH side cover

Yep. Under the seat, on top of the airbox.
Based on your avatar you seem to have a 650 Maxim. It's helpful if you put that information in your signature along with the year of the bike.

Same thing happened with mine. Main fuze was ok, but the clips were shot. I replaced all 4 fuses with inline fuse holders.
