I cleaned the carbs of my bike using carb cleaner spray. After re-installing, the bike cranks but won't turn over. Can anybody help or tell me if I did something wrong?

Are the carbs fully seated in the boots?, are the clamps tightened all the way? Are your boots whether cracked ? Do you have the vacuum caps installed on the nipples? Have you opened the float bowl drain screws to see if you have fuel flowing ? Do you have the choke and throttle cable in correct position ? These are all items to check. PS spray cleaner will not get into the small passages of the carb. Only real way to clean carbs is a full tear down soak carb bodies , and replace butterfly seals . Read church of clean thread.

By cleaning do you mean that you took the carbs apart and just blew out the jets, etc with carb cleaner? Or did you remove all the jets, top and bottom? What adjustments did you make? Did you sync the carbs? I'm not a fan of relying just on spray can cleaner to clear and clean these carbs, especially if they have been sitting for a long time. I like to break mine down and boil the carb bodies and jets in hot water for 10-15 minutes and then blow out all the passages and jets with spray carb cleaner followed by compressed air. Make sure the jets under the diaphragm are properly installed--easy to reverse. If you removed the pilot screws most folks start at about 2 1/2 turns open and adjust from there, although I use a different method. Did you bench sync the carbs? Did you wet set the floats?

The carbs are fully seated and clamps tightened all the way. No cracks, I only sprayed them with carb cleaner. After reading the church of clean, I will redo my carb cleaning and I've bought a rebuild kit just to be safe. Boiling them is a good idea as a substitution for the ultrasonic cleaner. Thanks for that!

Ok, so this time I followed church of clean and did a complete breakdown and cleaning. Ordered a rebuild kit and replaced everything, jets, seals, gaskets and floats. Was able to put everything back the way it was before. Charged the battery, used a jump starter, changed spark plugs and added engine oil. Still won’t start. Any ideas what I could be missing?
