Bluetooth Primary Chain Guide

    Strangely, no.

    That being said, I have no idea about the history of this engine. I bought it as a junker off of marketplace to at least try to save some of it from the scrap yard. I have a feeling that the guide disintegrated and it didn't run very long after that.

    It is possible it is a low mileage engine, new chains have about 6mm clearance I think I wonder how much wear is in your chain. Certainly worth saving the crank and cases at least as the cases are line bored and therefore matched to the crank.

    I split the cases and changed my guide before it failed. I wanted to fit a new timing chain so decided to do it all at the same time during winter. Spray nozzle was fine in my engine but the chain was quite loose.

    I have saved as much as I consider sensible. The engine was mostly trash due to some pretty horrible workmanship - mostly on the exterior.
