Bought LED tail lamp with only 3 wires ?!@!?

    Bough the wrong tail light LED only 3 wires not the 5 the original had. How do I wire it to make it work as a tail AND brake light

    Found what I was doing wrong the tail light had a yellow, red and black wire thought black was ground because I had yellow and blue coming from the bike so yellow had to go to yellow. Nope yellow is ground from the tail light. It's working now!! Now just have to modify the fender to fit the light I bought.....

    Yep Asian manufacturers don't always use black as ground, sometimes its yellow or green.
