Does any one have handy the specifictions for getting stainless steel brake lines made for a '82 XJ650RJ Seca.

I can figure out the lengths based on the current rubber lines (although they do seem longer then they need to be) but not exactly sure on the banjo fittings.

    The options are as follows:

Each fitting can be at a 0, 15, 45 or 90 degree angle.
Each fitting has a 10mm hole depth but can have either an 8mm, 10mm or 12mm diameter
The fittings can be at 0, 45 or 90 degrees with respect to eachother.

The angles of the fittings and the angles with respect to eachother can be determined from looking, but i have no clue about the hole diameter. If anyone has done this before i would love to know what you used.

    Cheers!

Chacal sells stainless replacement lines. I saw them in his catalog.

Why not just take the line into any local bike shop and ask them..
That way there is no chance of an error..

    I think they are 10 X 1.25, but don
    't quote me on that..

chacal has replacements or go here and top right side search "brake hose"
the banjo bolts are 10 X1.25 so the fittings have a 10mm hole
the fittings screw on so the "twist" doesn't matter
