Now that im sitting at the computer it comes to me i Had a brake question as well.
First some backstory... The foot brake is acting up.. Had the back wheel off checked for delamination and all that jazz. had everything back together and now the brake pedal goes down but doesnt come back up .. i have to put my heel on the edge and pull it back up to disengage it. Any ideas what might be the root of this annoyance?

You most likely didn't get the return spring re-hooked; it probably came out of place when the wheel was off. The return spring is a "mousetrap" coil that hides behind the frame, on the pedal stub. It should return the whole mechanism to rest, with "authority."

It is MOST LIKELY what fitz says, but I had the same problem where the pedal itself was getting caught on something...might as well check for that too.
