Broken turn signals. Where can I find hollow bolts?

    So the turn signals I bought for my hike broke right off after a month of use. I shpukd have used rubber washers, but oh well. So instead of buying them again, I'm going to take the threaded part out (the part that snapped) and replace it with something Stronger. But I can't seem to find something hollow in the right size, so the wires can still get through. Here's a pic of what I'm looking for. But it needs to be 10mm around the outside to fit in my signals. Where I found this one,they seem to only have it in 3/8
