Is that what those are called? I have one (yes one) on my bike. Who knows where the other one went. It was gone when I bought it. But I really like the one that is there; the footrest folds down when you want to use it and folds up and out of the way when you're not.

My mounting bracket looks different than what is in the picture, I think. If you'd like, I can take a close up of the one I have.

Only one! So which one is missing? I figure the biggest problem would be keeping the left side one tight since you are pushing it in the loosening direction. Yes a pic would help me see if they are placed like I need them.

Sorry I didn't get back to you yesterday. I wasn't feeling so great. Anyway, I took pictures of it.

Where would a person find pegs like that?

They are available at mawonline.com and at denniskirk.com. mawonline has the best price. But looking at the pics..I could make these myself in a day and have the pegs I want on them.

I've got a set on my bike their not as fancy, just regular black rubber pegs with chrome tips, they're mounted on my crashbars. I love them, I ride on them all the time. You can kind of see them in the pic in my gallery

It's just this damn cold that won't seem to go away. Anyway, that bracket that holds the peg is nothing special; with the right tools it would be easy to make.

Living in an apartment, I don't have the kind of tools that would be needed to make one. You can find just the pegs themselves pretty cheap on eBay if you keep an eye out. I guess one day I'll have to pull the bracket off and see if I can find someone to make one just like it.

I already have a bracket measured out and will bend it this weekend. This will be a prototype that I can tweak and get like I want it. I will have a buddy powder coat the final in black. Wish I could post pics for you guys. But my pc is so slow it won't run the software for my wife's olympus digital camera.
