Can I use Emery paper inside my calipers to help clean them out. They're really hopped up. Also how do I take a picture within the low size an pixels to be able to upload. Every pic I take with phone is way past the parameters. Thanks

I'm assuming you mean brake calipers. I'm not sure about emery paper...I used a brake caliper hone. They're pretty inexpensive and available at HF or most auto parts stores. Be sure to use brake fluid as lubrication.

As far as posting pics...use an image hosting site like photobucket and then just paste the img code in your post

For roughing up the brake pad surface, yes.
For the inside of the caliper bore, I would not.
For the inside of the rear drum, yes
For the surface of the brake shoes, yes

You'll need to use some sort of image editing application to resize the picture.

GIMP should do the trick, it's free, and it's available for multiple platforms.

XJForever sells brass dremel wheels that are the right size for cleaning out that groove for the piston seal. Of course, I've come to realize that once you get involved in restoring these old bikes, it's best to best a whole set of dremel brushes and cut-off wheels. The 34 piece set I bought off of Ebay for $18 looked like this:
