Ok I know that the whole idea behind the YICS double burn is to cut down on emissions. The problem I have is that garbage in is garbage out. Is there a way to stop the exhaust from being burned twice and will it benefit the bike?

If anyone has done this please let me know.

    Thanks

A short answer is that the exhaust is not involved with the YICS at all.
It's a sharing of the carbs intake/fuel mixture that's taking place. It gives the intake charge a swirl at time of intake valve opening for a cleaner burn.

Like Nick said - our bikes don't recirculate exhaust. The YICS system is an intake thing only.

Welcome to you JC. You got the first part right, the YICS is there to help reduce emissions. However, as mentioned above (right on Nick), the YICS port simply improves combustion by swirling the air/fuel charge to give better flame propagation in the cylinder. Lay your worries to rest, there is no exhaust going into the YICS port.
It is possible that you have mistakenly substituted the YICS for the crankcase ventilation system. It does introduce blowby from the engine case but that isn't exhaust gas either.
In practice the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system passes a small part of the exhaust gas stream back into the intake system to markedly drop the NOX emissions. This has little effect upon the behavior of the motor unless it is improperly adjusted (I find ruptured diaphragms all the time).
Your safe, no problems for you.
