    Generally speaking:

If you are running Pod Filters you should be running LEAN.

But since you have a couple that are Fouling Wet ... I'd say you have a problem with the Emulsion Tubes being a trifle clogged. You are drawing-up FUEL ... but NOT enough Air being blasted at the stream coming-up out of the Main Jet.

The Fuel enters the Combustion Chamber closer to a stream than a mist. Hard to get that stuff lighted-up by a spark plug under those circumstances.

Did you blow-out the Main AIR Jet and the Passage that feeds Air to the void surrounding this Nozzle when its inserted in the Carb?

Anything blocking or covering the Main Air Jets?

yeah, just cleaning the emulsion tubes is not enough. There are passages that draw the air to the tube's holes. Those passages have to be cleaned out too. I used compressed air and blew out the passages on mine this weekend. I found some old pilot screw o-ring pieces came out the pilot passages...could have been part of the issue with my lean condition I was seeing as no matter how far I turned out the pilot screws the plugs still came out clean... We shall see when my new o-rings and washers arrive.
