Carb Clinic in the bay area?

    Does anyone know about an upcoming carb clinic in the SF bay area? I need some help here.

    Even if it is up in the Sacramento area, I dont mind the drive.

    There is one every year. Usually twice a year. It is hosted by Peter Karup and is called the BACC , (San Francisco) Bay Area Carb Clinic. He has not posted a date for one in the spring yet but I can post the info once he does.
