I'm in the process of rebuilding my XJ750 Seca '82 and going to install more open air filters K&N on my carbs, does anyone knows it there is a kit with the correct size jets (main and idle) available? or knows the size of these jets?
I rebuild a VS1400 intruder and used a jet kit and that worked out well.

There is lots of information out there is you search. Most of use will say keep the air box on the XJ bikes, but it you feel you need to do pods, go for it. As for the intruder correct me if I am wrong but that bike has two different size carbs on it from factory. They have a "Y" link throttle cable as well. Great V twin power and fun to ride.

These two bikes are really different styles and engine run differently. The XJ being a in line and the intruder being the big V twin. You can get the XJ filled in with pods, it will just take you some time to do it. Good luck and keep us posted with mods to the XJ and what jetting worked for you.

Go up two sizes larger on main and pilot , you will have to experiment, downside to PODS , had a friend that had PODS on his bike would run great one day and the next day poorly , he put some YUGE size jets ( don't recall what size it was a Suzuki 750) he figured out real quick that was a mistake so he was told take them out so went up two from stock and that appears to be sweet spot .
