They don't mention the manufacturer. I would not buy without knowing who makes the kit. Just because the seller is in Japan does not mean the parts are made there (given the price I suspect they are made in mainland China). I would get a kit from Chacal to avoid the risk of needing to open the carbs up and put another kit in later. If you really need to buy a kit from someone else look for a manufacturer in Japan or Taiwan, or contact the Ebay seller and have them verify who makes the kit, where it is made, and provide detailed photos of the parts.

That being said k-moe, would you suggest taking the carbs apart and seeing what you need before buying a full kit? Or just buy the full kit and replace everything?

I would think if they are good quality that would be a steal, being able to replace the emulsion tubes and mixture screws as part of a repair kit

That's a big if. Good kits cost that much per-carb and don't come with emulsion tubes or jets. If I had money to spare I'd grab a set to look at.

Unless the bike has very high mileage, or the carbs were obviously flooded with water at some point, I just get the "soft" parts; gaskets, throttle shaft seals, float needles, o-rings, and clean the rest. It really is better to evaluate your needs before ordering any parts. The OEM parts are of very high quality.

Best bet is to just order from Len, you know you're getting good parts and they get to you quick too!
