I'd like to change the mufflers on my bike. I want to keep the 4-2 look of the bike though..so just slip ons. Any suggestions on mufflers to put on my 750. Id like to give my bike a nicer sound..deeper, a meaner cruizer sound.

Yep,they work fine, have them on my 750. But it will never sound like a Harley because it is not a Harley.

ya...i know. A parallel twin would never sound like a vtwin. I'm just lookin for some presence on the road. A rumble sounds cool too! Did the pipes match well?..no mods? Will any yr muffler work, or do i need mufflers off an older bike?? Thanks soo much for the replies guys :)

it's not a parallel twin, it's an inline four; and a high-rpm one at that. Don't expect a "rumble." It's gonna be a snarl or a howl, you got too many cylinders.

Hi santos750: Are your stock mufflers in good conditon, particular the right one? Mind has a large rusted hole and I really would like to replace it. Unlike you, I prefer the quieter factory sound. Would you like to sell your stock mufflers? Thanks.

Search Sportster mufflers in forums,I never remember what years don't have the balance pipe.Had to fab a short bracket for mounting the mufflers and I relocated the centerstand bumper to the centerstand, thats it.They do have a deeper sound than crotch rocket mufflers.
