    Hey Xj Heads!

Reinstalled a new carb (#4) on the ol' girl last week. When I put it back together I noticed the choke plunger is not going down all the way. It sticks out 1/4" higher than the rest. I took it off and checked to see if anything is blocking it- to no avail. I doesn't seem bent. And the spring seems ok. Any ideas? If you do, please send em my way. Been scratching my head about this one. I'm sure it's a noob mistake im not catching. Look forward to hearing from you guys!

You only put one new carb in?

Where did you get the new plunger from and is it the same length as the other three?

Carefully remove it and the one from the original carb and compare.
