    i cleaned the carbs since bike was running rough and carbs were very dirty. Installed them back on and now bike won’t start. I put new spark plugs and after many start attempts plugs are dry like if they were not getting any gas. Gas is getting to the carbs because after so many attempts carb one and two were leaking gas. Any help will be greatly appreciated since I am no mechanic.

    start with the basics;

    is there gas in the tank (happens to everyone)
    Is the petcock on (maybe have it on Reserve to make sure)
    did you run the petcock on Prime for a minute?
    also what bike have you got?

    the 550 carbs float assembly likes to stick on first fill
    when you fill the bowls rap on the bowls with a screwdriver handle to make sure floats dont stick when filling or it will leak.
    did you hook up vac hose from petcock to intake manifold nipple.

    throttle and choke cables on correctly?

    check battery voltage when cranking to make sure you have 10 volts when cranking.

    when you cleaned the carbs did you remove the mixture screws?
    if you did not break the rack the fuel rail between carbs2 and 3 may be blocked not letting fuel into 3 and 4 or the filter caps could be clogged on top of the needle valve bodies.
